I’m Georgia - a young, modern and creative celebrant with a knack for storytelling. I could tell you mine but honestly, that can wait. This isn’t really about me, it’s about you and your love-story. After all, that’s why we’re here right? You’ve reached the chapter where things get interesting (congrats!) and it’s time to introduce a new character – that’s me!
Think of me as a professional third wheel, here to really get to know you both and understand exactly what you want. You name it, I’ll help make it happen.

I do all the heavy-lifting regarding writing the ceremony script, but we will work together to make sure it’s perfect and unfolds in a way that reflects you as a couple.

Oh yeah! My story…
Well, I live in Auckland where nine-to-five I’m a Music Publicist. But when I’m not in the office, at a gig or at a wedding, you’ll probably (almost definitely) find me at the beach! My friends would describe me as a total perfectionist, but also very passionate, loyal and lots of fun. Favourite pastimes include people watching, record collecting, relaxing with friends and family, travel, and pretty much anything involving good food and a glass of red.

STEP ONE - LET'S TALK!
If you feel that we could be the dream team, get in touch to see if I’m available on your intended wedding date. I offer a free no obligation meeting at a time and place that best suits you. Whether it’s over a coffee or a wine, this is just an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss ideas!
For those out of Auckland we can simply chat over the phone or zoom etc.
STEP THREE - PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
Oh s**t, your wedding day is just around the corner! Don’t fret, it’s going to be AMAZING.
A rehearsal is a fantastic opportunity to get together for a run-through to iron out any kinks and ensure a smooth sailing ceremony.
While this step is totally optional, it will leave you and the crew feeling cool calm and collected on the big day.
STEP TWO - NOW WHAT?
Now that we’re “official” this is where the real fun begins! We’ll catch up to discuss the finer details of the ceremony. I’ll ask lots of questions (and so can you), share some useful tips, tricks and resources for writing your own vows, and basically just gather all the information I need to start crafting the ceremony of your dreams. We'll work together to tweak and adjust the script until you're both 110% satisfied.
Ultimately, I want you to enjoy this part of the process as much as the big day itself! So I’ll be on call to answer any questions you might have to ensure your mind is at ease.
STEP FOUR - IT'S GO TIME!
Our preparation safeguards your day so that you’re left to simply enjoy the moment.
I’ll take care of all the legal formalities after the ceremony while you two head off and start this new chapter as newlyweds! Hooray!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do we apply for a marriage licence?
Easy! You can apply online using the link below. If approved, the licence will be issued within three working days after it is submitted to a Registrar of Marriages. The application costs $150 and is valid for three months from the date of issue. While you’re there, I recommend pre-ordering a marriage certificate as well.

Can you do weddings outside of Auckland?
Of course! I’d love to discuss details of your wedding no matter where in NZ you are. Please note that travel costs will be an additional fee if your wedding is outside of the Auckland region.
What does it cost?
It's difficult to assign a fixed price at this stage – each wedding is different and the cost will be determined once I know the full details of your requirements for your special day. However, my minimum fee is $950 and reflects the time, effort and quality of the service I provide. If you decide to book me as your celebrant (yay!), a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to lock things in. The balance is due two weeks prior to the ceremony.
What happens if we need to change the date or cancel?
If you need to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances, I will do my absolute best to accommodate this. If I’m not available on your new date, I’ll find someone equally as amazing to officiate your wedding! If you decide to cancel, then I will hold onto a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled more than one month out. If you cancel within a month of your wedding, the full fee is non-refundable.

PLAYLIST
Working in the music industry means I tend to get pretty excited when talking to couples about what songs they’re thinking of incorporating into their ceremony. However, some feel it can be a super daunting task!
So I thought I’d create a playlist of some of my favourite songs for such an occasion, in the hopes that it may inspire future bride and grooms.
It's an eclectic mix of various moods and tempos so whether it is for processional or recessional music, first dance inspiration or even just background music, hopefully something resonates with you the way it did me.
Ultimately, as long as you are choosing a song you both love… you’re away laughing.
